What data do We collect?

Automatically collected data. When you use the Website, the Company automatically collects the following information:

Corporate Customer`s data. When you represent Corporate Customer and contact the Company via available contact details in order to establish the business relationships with the Company, you hereby (in addition to the Communication data) provide us with the following information:

    • Information about your Company.

Marketing data (if applicable). We may collect the information on whether or not have you agreed to receive our Marketing Newsletter.

How the Company uses the data relating to you?

If you represent any business entity (or, in a plain language, a company), the Company will use your Communication data and Corporate Customer`s data in order to establish business relationships with you or in order to enter into pre-contractual negotiations with you.

To contact you. The Company may use your Communication data in order to contact for some purposes (for example, to respond to your messages and requests).

To send you our Marketing Newsletter. The Company may use your Marketing data to send you our Marketing Newsletter (if applicable).

With whom the Company may share your data?

The Company may share your data with the following recipients:

Affiliates, sub-contractors of the Company. Some services of the Company and/or tools of the Website may belong to the company/companies other than BORDO GROUP LIMITED (affiliated companies). Thus, your data may be shared with them for the purposes described herein.
